A national certified HR practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in managing human resources across diverse industries in both public and private sector, Ranier is currently serving as the Group Human Resource Manager for the organisation.
Ranier oversees the entire group’s human resource functions and believes in connecting the people in the business context. His responsibilities include delivering a good experience throughout the entire employee life cycle and fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and success. He provides HR strategies to the CEO and executive management team to optimise manpower budget and staff performance.
Commencing his career in the public sector and professional firms, Ranier honed his skills while gaining valuable experience and guidance from seasoned leaders. His progression culminated in his selection as Group Head of Human Resource for a listed healthcare group.
Ranier is a hands-on person who brings a combination of generalist and specialist expertise to the table. He is resourceful and passionate about people and business transformation.
