About Us

Dr Serene is an experienced and compassionate dentist committed to patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2004 and a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology in 2011 from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Faculty of Dentistry. Her passion for dental knowledge is reflected in her research contributions, having co-authored two highly cited papers on tooth-coloured filling materials in collaboration with NUS.

As a SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) certified dentist by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), Dr Serene upholds safety standards in dental care. This certification ensures that amalgam fillings containing mercury are removed using stringent safety protocols to safeguard the patient’s health and the environment. She has also presented internationally on improving patient safety protocols for dental extractions, further demonstrating her dedication to excellence in dentistry.

With a warm and patient-focused approach, Dr Serene values building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting them through different stages of their dental journey. Her expertise spans oral diagnosis, oral surgery, root canal treatments, veneers, and implants, along with a keen interest in teeth whitening. She utilises scientific data from various whitening systems to provide personalised, evidence-based solutions for optimal results.
